Pancakes, reduced sugar

Sunday morning and daddy’s pancakes. It doesn’t matter if outside is sunny or raining, pancakes make any Sunday special!

Ingredients

  • 120g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 120ml milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for cooking

Directions

  1. Mix everything with a blender.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat.
  3. Pour 2tbsp of batter.
  4. When the bubbles apper, flip it!

  6. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Eat.
